(9) Rimod Hosamani. participated & bagged Runner-up Trophy in Karnataka State Law University Inter Collegiate Men Kabaddi Tournament held at Saraswati Law College, Chitradurga on 09th& 10th June 2023. 28 law colleges participated in this competition.

Mr. Yashavantgouda, I year LL.B. student represented KSLU Kick-boxing Team in All India Inter University Kick-boxing Tournament organized by Veerbahaddursingh Poorvanchal University, Jaunpur (UP) from 14 to 17 March 2023 and secured 2nd Place.

Kumari. Lakshmi Marabad, I LL.B. student represented KSLU Athletic Team in South West Zone Inter University Athletic competition organized by TNPES University of Chennai from 09.01.2023 to 12.01.2023.

On 04.02.2023, Kumari. Lakshmi Marabad, I year LL.B. student participated in KLE Inter Zonal competition organized by KLE’s Lingaraj College, Belagavi and secured I place in 100 Mtrs & 400 Mtrs. Run on the occasion of 75th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Prabhakar Kore Chairman KLE Society Belgavi.

On 14.02.2023, Kumar Sanganagouda Biradar, I year LL.B. student represented KSLU Mens Netball Team in All India Inter University Netball Tournament organized by KSLU at Soundarya Law College, Bengaluru.

Inter KLE sports competition was organized by KLES PC Jabin& J G Commerce College, Hubballi from 19.01.2023 to 20.01.2023. 32 Students participated in the event. Miss. Laxmi Morabad, I year LL.B. student secured 1st place in 100 & 400 Mtrs. Run. and Runners up place was secured by Mens Kabaddi Team.

On 17.12.2022, Mr. Yashwantagouda H.S., I LL.B and (2). Mr. Shambhuling Sajjanar, II LL.B attended KSLU Individual Selection Trials in Kick-boxing and Power Lifting tournament organized by KSLU. In this Mr. Yashwantagouda H.S. was selected as a University Blue in Kick-Boxing.

On 13.12.2022, Mr.Shambuling Sajjanavar, Mr.Goureesh Goudar, Mr.Vasimakram Attar, and Mr.Mantesh Andalagi attended KSLU Volley Ball Team Selection Trials organized by KSLU, Hubballi.

Three students of our college Mr. YamanoorappaChigari, III LL.B. Mr. Saikumar, III LL.B.and Mr. Sannatkumar B. I LL.B. represented KSLU Kabaddi Team in South Zone Inter University Kabaddi Championship organized by Bengaluru City University, Bengaluru.from 07.12.2022 to 10.12.2022.

On 02.12.2022, 6 Students attended KSLU Kabaddi Team Selection Trials organized by KSLU, Hubballi and Mr. Yamanoorappa Chigari, III LL.B., Mr. Saikumar, III LL.B.. Mr. Sannatkumar B. I LL.B. were selected as University Blue.

1. 21st June 2023 Organized Dharwad District Level Inter Collegiate Chess Tournament for Men & Women on 21st June 2023. 120 students from various degree colleges were participated. Chief Guest for valedictory function of tournament Prof. Ramakant V. Deogoji, Principal, K.L.E.Society`s BBA College, Hubballi distributed the cash prizes, Trohies and certificates to the winners. Shri. Shripad K.V., Chief Arbiter (FA,FI) was the Guest of honour. Dr. Sharada G. Patil, Principal G. K. Law College presided over the function. Miss. Rasika Bandekar, General Secretary introduced and welcomed the guests. Dr. Bahubali B. Kurkuri, Physical Education Director, proposed the vote of thanks. All the students, Teaching & Non-Teaching staff were present on the occasion.

Men Kabaddi Team secured runners up place. Miss. Laxmi Morabad secured 1st place in 100 & 400 Mtrs. Run and also participated in KLE Inter Zonal competition held at Belagavi and secured I place in 100 & 400 Mtr. Run.
5. 17th Dec. 2022 Students Mr. Yeshavantagouda H.S., I LL.B .(Kickboxing) and Mr. Shambhuling Sajjanar, II LL.B.(Powerlifting ) attended KSLU Individual Selection Trials in Kickboxing and Power Lifting tournament organized by KSLU on 17th December 2022 and represented KSLU in All India Inter University Kickboxing tournament held at Veerbhadrasingh Poorvanchal University, jaunpur ( U.P.) from 14 to 17 March 2023 and secured Silver Medal.

Inter collegiate men & women chess tournament
1. 10th August 2022 Dharwad District level Inter Collegiate Men & Women Chess Tournament was organized on 10th August 2022. 70 students from various degree colleges participated in the tournament. Dr. (Smt.) Sandhya Kulkarni, Principal, KLES`s G.H. College, Haveri was chief guest for valedictory programme and gave away the prizes to winners. and Shri. Shripad K.V., FA, FI was guest of hounour.

Ishwar Bhat, Vice Chancellor, Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi inaugurated the tournament. Dr. L. D. Horakeri, Principal, KLES`s SK Arts & HSK Science Institute, Hubballi was the Chief Guest of Valedictory function. KLE Society`s Law College, Bangalore team bagged Champions trophy and C.M.R. Law College, Bangalore had to satisfy itself with runners trophy. Govt. Law College, Kolar and J.S.S. Law College, Mysore secured Third & Fourth places respectively. 24 Law Colleges from all over state participated in this tournament.

25.09.2016 Karnataka State Law University Inter Collegiate Men & Women Cross Country Competition 2016-17 was conducted. From 17 colleges 98 students participated in this competition. Prize distribution function was arranged on 25/9/2016 at 11.00 am. Dr. S. V. Hegdal, Syndicate Member, KSLU, Hubballi was the Chief Guest & Shri. Khalid Khan, Director Sports Dept., KSLU was presided.

SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS

2014-15 College hosted Karnataka State Law University Inter Collegiate (Men) Volleyball Tournament on 13th, 14th & 15th September 2014. Shri. Manjunath Dasanakoppa, International Volleyball Player & Senior Manager, Indian Overseas Bank, Dharwad, Shri. Zameer Ahmed Khan, International Volleyball Player & CTTI General (SWR) Hubli were the Chief Guests for inaugural & valedictory functions respectively. 23 teams from all over Karnataka participated.
2016-17 College hosted Karnataka State Law University Inter Collegiate (Men and Women) Cross country Tournament and Selection trials on 25th September 2017. Mr. Kalid Khan, Director of sports KSLU inaugurated , Dr. S V Hegadal Syndicate Member KSLU was the chief guest in valedictory function. 98 Students from 17 colleges from all over Karnataka participated.
2018-19 College hosted Karnataka State Law University Inter Collegiate (Men) Cricket Tournament on 11th to 14th April 2019 at BVB college ground, SDM Medical College and SDM Dental college ground . Chief Guest Hon`ble Prof.(Dr.) P. Ishwar Bhat, Vice Chancellor, Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi inaugurated the tournament. Dr. L. D. Horakeri, Principal, KLES`s SK Arts & HSK Science Institute, Hubballi was the Chief Guest of Valedictory function. KLE Society`s Law College, Bangalore team bagged Champions trophy and C.M.R. Law College, Bangalore secured runners trophy. Govt. Law College, Kolar and J.S.S. Law College, Mysore secured Third & Fourth places respectively. 24 Law Colleges from all over state participated in this tournament.
